Karl Stimpson Builders, Inc. has been serving the Triad area for 50 years, with Aubrey being a 5th generation contractor.

This family of contractors has been a valuable key to the growth of Forsyth County, while consistently focusing on quality craftsmanship and integrity, exceeding client expectations along the way.

Karl Stimpson founded this company, primarily building moderate to high-end custom homes. Through the years, we have evolved into a full-service construction company, building both commercial and residential projects.

Aubrey joined his father upon graduating from East Carolina University with a BA in Construction Management in 1991. Aubrey presides as President since 2005, carrying on the family legacy of quality and excellence. He is joined by a devoted team of detailed craftsmen, suppliers & administrative staff. We continue to build commercial buildings for businesses, churches, schools and beautiful new homes. We look forward to the privilege of helping make your dreams become reality for years to come.

Our experienced team makes the building process fun and exciting as we lead you through every step of the way. We have a Home Design Showroom on the premises, along with many wonderful floor plan options or we can create your own custom plan to meet your every need. House plans and professional interior design services are included with every home built by Karl Stimpson Builders.

Commercial Services

Karl Stimpson Builders, Inc. is capable of bidding, bonding and performing almost any type of commercial construction as solicited by the owner or architect. We compete for many of our jobs on a daily basis and have an incredible list of subcontractors and vendors that we continually do business with.

Karl Stimpson Builders, Inc. can operate as a team member in a design-build method, involving the architect and owner. We can lead a team as the general contractor and construction manager, or work under the direction of the architect. Either way, our main objective is to provide you, the owner with the best building or home, cost effectively and on time.
