Karl Stimpson Builders, Inc. offers full-service general contracting for religious, community, educational, retail and institutional facilities. We are experienced in all areas of new commercial construction, demolition, remodeling and up-fits. We will competitively bid, operate as part of a team with an architect and the owner, or provide guidance in a design/build method of construction.
Quality control is considered the most important aspect of building our commercial projects. We believe quality control is much more than controlling the day to day use of job resources in such a manner that a project is built in accordance with the plans and specifications. It also means that we can monitor and assure the project is built according to OUR standards, which may EXCEED those in contract documents.
